If you are experiencing symptoms of Mpox please contact your healthcare provider or CUPHD prior to going in for an assessment.

CUPHD is currently administering the Mpox vaccine for individuals in higher-risk groups. Please call our Teen and Adult Services division or email us and a staff member will complete a risk assessment and schedule you for a vaccine appointment if eligible.

Promise Healthcare is also providing the Mpox vaccine to members of the community. Visit promisehealth.org or call 217-356-1558 to schedule an appointment.
