Anyone living with HIV/AIDS is eligible for case management services, regardless of income or insurance. Those who meet income and insurance guidelines are also eligible for dental care, housing services, utility support, primary HIV medical care, nutrition services, vaccinations, transportation assistance, mental health services and legal services. Eligibility:

The East Central Illinois HIV Care Connect covers the counties of Champaign, Clark, Clay, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Effingham, Ford, Iroquois, Jasper, Kankakee, Lawrence, Livingston, Richland and Vermilion. Any HIV-positive person living in the above counties who meets income and insurance guidelines is eligible for all other services. Call for details.
