HealthWorks provides a network of health care services to children in foster care, pregnant DCFS teens, and DCFS teens' children. Healthworks staff, foster parents, and caseworkers work closely together to ensure that children receive appropriate medical care.

CUPHD provides interim case management services for 45 days for children in four counties ages 0-21, and ongoing case management services for children ages 0-6 in Champaign County.

HealthWorks is a collaborative effort with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and the Department of Human Services (DHS). CUPHD serves as the Lead Agency for Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, and Vermillion Counties.
