COVID Vaccinations to All Residents Age 16 and Older

CHAMPAIGN, IL - The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD), in partnership with Carle Health, OSF HealthCare, Christie Clinic, Promise Healthcare, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign will be hosting community-based COVID-19 vaccination clinics for anyone 16 years of age or older who has not yet received their first dose of the vaccine. It is important to note that while eligibility guidelines will include residents age 16 or older, each vaccination site may vary based on manufacturer's approval. Moderna and Johnson and Johnson are currently available for individuals age 18 and older while Pfizer is available for those age 16 and older.

COVID-19 vaccination appointments are still limited and will remain in high demand until more supply becomes available. Vaccination clinics for the week of April 12, 2021 will be available by appointment only at the following locations:
