Vision and Hearing

We offer vision and hearing screenings to children age three and up in public and private/parochial schools, and to those in licensed day care facilities and preschools.

This service is not available to children in home day care centers.

How to obtain services

Locations:

Champaign County

Eligibility:

All children age three and up who are in a:

Licensed* day care facilities and preschools in Champaign County.
Public, private / parochial schools in Champaign County -- as time allows.

* All day care facilities and preschools must be licensed by the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services. This service is not available to children in home day care centers.

Cost:

Vision screening: $8.00
Hearing screening: $16.00
