One-day Work@Health worksite wellness training

Friday - Jul 11, 2014

A one-day Work@Health worksite wellness training will be conducted by the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District on Friday, August 8th from 8am-5pm. Location TBA (most likely at C-UPHD). The training is available at no cost to employers.

Work@Health is a comprehensive worksite wellness training program designed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The program helps employers develop a skill set and capacity to build or enhance a science-based workplace health program. See the attached brochure for more information on the training program. Additional information can be found at: www.cdc.gov/workathealth.

The training is well-researched, interactive, and provides employers with valuable tools at no cost. I hope that you'll be able to attend. Employers interested in attending the Work@Health training can RSVP Tara McCauley. Space is limited, so please let me know if you are interested as soon as you are able.
